These terms apply when you use VernaLedford.com, purchase a product, or join the Verna Ledford text-message program.
Text-message program
By texting a published keyword such as FREE to (865) 460-6262, you provide your express consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Verna Ledford at the mobile number used to subscribe. Messages may include the requested recipes, cooking notes, cookbook information, and promotional offers.
Message frequency may vary and will not exceed two messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email verna@vernaledford.com.
Eligibility and mobile service
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number used to subscribe. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.
Purchases and digital products
Products sold through this website are digital unless clearly stated otherwise. Purchases are processed by Gumroad and are also subject to Gumroad's checkout terms. Product descriptions and refund terms shown at the time of purchase apply to that order.
